Free workshop · Summer 2026

Stop doing the work your AI could do for you.

A free workshop where I set you up with Claude Code, the same system that now runs the repetitive half of my week. I taught my mum and my girlfriend. Both swore it could not help them. Both use it every day now.

The honest part

Most AI courses sell you week one. I will walk you through all eight, including the dip in the middle.

01Weeks 1–2 · An extra choreYou set aside time for it, and tasks take the same or longer. This is the real cost, and almost nobody warns you about it.
02Weeks 3–4 · BreakevenThe first tasks where AI is clearly faster than your old way. You start crossing them off, one by one.
03The dip · OverloadZero to one is so fast you spin up too much at once. Suddenly you are managing a team of four. We plan for this so it does not burn you out.
04Weeks 5–6 · AccelerationYour first day where you barely typed and the work still moved. You just delegated, and the output got good.
05Month 2 · Coverage70 to 80% of your recurring tasks now run through the system. The backlog shrinks and the only growing list is new ideas.
What you learn

Six pillars. Set up in the first session, then made faster every week.

Practical

Set up your stack

Claude Code, the Max plan, voice input, your own vault. Running by session one.

Practical

Operate day to day

Prompt, review, correct. The rules that stop AI from doing something you cannot undo.

Basics

AI, actually explained

How it works, why it seems dumb (missing context, not brains), and when to keep the wheel.

Leverage

Automate the boring

Scheduled jobs, reports, inbox drafts. The repetitive half of your week, handled for you.

Safety

Stay safe

API keys, irreversible actions, and where your company's line actually is.

Wellbeing

Keep your head clear

Two tasks at a time, deliberate breaks, and never letting AI make the decision for you.

Honest fit
For you if

You have repetitive work you are sick of, ideas you never start, and you already poke at ChatGPT. You are ready to invest the first two weeks.

×Not for you if

You want a get-rich AI hack, or you will not put in the first two weeks. This compounds. It does not shortcut.

Why free
I have wanted to give something back for years. Not money, a skill. This one changed how I work and how I feel about my days, and I want to hand it to the people I know.

It is free. There is an optional tip jar if it genuinely helped you, and zero expectation that you use it.

Gui

Invest in the West. Start with your own week.
